CAPE Head Start, Early Head Start, and State Preschool Programs offer comprehensive early care and education through Head Start, Early Head Start, and State Preschool programs. CAPE, Inc. also provides Medi-Cal certified Mental Health Services in Eastern, Central, and Southern Alameda County.
