About the provider
5-Eleven Hoops was created in 2015. It is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to unlock the strengths and full potential of kids on the Autism Spectrum through sports in supportive and inclusive spaces. The program also incorporates children from various life walks with the clinics, allowing families to participate.
