• Experienced Practitioners — For people already training Jiu-Jitsu or wrestling. Classes include live training, wrestling, takedowns, positional work, submissions, and opportunities to sharpen skills.

Blue Collar Grappling is led by Coach JT, also listed as John Thomas. Coach JT has more than 20 years of grappling experience, and his martial arts passion dates back to 2004.
