The program was founded by beach volleyball legend Sinjin Smith, bringing Olympic experience and a long involvement in the sport. Camps in Long Beach welcome boys and girls ages 7 to 15 years old and group campers by age and skill level, for example 7–9, 10–12, and 13–15, with flexibility to place beginners where they feel most comfortable. Sinjin Smith serves as the site director at this location, and campers have the opportunity to meet him and see live CBVA tournaments each week. The broader program runs at multiple Southern California beaches, including Malibu, Santa Monica, Hermosa, and Long Beach, and Sinjin makes guest appearances throughout the summer. The Long Beach coaching staff includes Bryan Dukes and Livi Narancich, with Livi identified as a current collegiate volleyball athlete at Long Beach State University. The camp states that at every camp, athletes build confidence, teamwork, and lifelong memories in a safe, fun environment led by its coaching team.
