California Rhythms LA Premier Rhythmic Gymnastics Club offers Rhythmic Gymnastics classes that include basic body movements, stretching, body conditioning, creative movement, and dance. Students learn basic apparatus handling and skills using balls, ribbons, hoops, ropes, and scarves, and may take part in more strenuous workouts and rigorous instruction in Rhythmic Gymnastics in the competitive levels. The program also offers a Summer Training Program and free trial classes are available.

California Rhythms LA Premier Rhythmic Gymnastics Club offers three levels of instruction: Pre-school, Recreational, and Competitive. The Pre-school program is for girls ages 4–5 and introduces Rhythmic Gymnastics in a creative and fun environment, including basic body movements, stretching techniques, and basic apparatus handling with balls, ribbons, hoops, and scarves, with a focus on developing coordination, flexibility, and balance in a playful setting. The Recreational program is open to girls ages 6 and up who are beginners or not interested in a competitive environment, and includes basic Rhythmic Gymnastics techniques that combine stretching, body conditioning, creative movement, dance, and basic apparatus skills with hoops, balls, ribbons, and ropes. The Competitive program is open to girls ages 6 and up, covers Level 4 (beginner level) through Level 10 Elite (US National team caliber), includes a minimum required number of training hours per week at each level and participation in a Summer Training Program, and the competitive team participates in local, regional, and national competitions, with Level 10 Elite gymnasts also competing in events around the world. Pre-school and Recreational gymnasts participate in an Annual Holiday Show in December to demonstrate or showcase the skills they have learned in a non-competitive setting. California Rhythms LA Premier Rhythmic Gymnastics Club is the home of US National Team Members.
