Mission Viejo Nadadores Swim School offers swim lessons and comprehensive swimming instruction. The program uses classes that follow a step-by-step progression and includes a free trial swim lesson. Swimmers are welcomed year-round in a heated pool kept at 87°, with a focus on refining proper swimming techniques, breathing, body positioning, and efficient strokes, along with systematic development of all four competitive strokes and continuous improvement from each lesson.
