California Storm Basketball offers youth basketball tryouts, high school basketball tryouts, and a basketball player development program that includes weekly team practices and player development skills training. The program also offers year-round training with athletic training programs such as shooting academies, speed and performance training, soft sand agility and strength training programs, mini camps, and pro-style training camps.

Founded in 1997, California Storm Basketball has been one of just 32 elite Nike Elite Youth basketball programs in the United States since 1998. The program offers a premier basketball player development program with a focus on proper decision making in game-like situations, individual offensive and defensive skills development, and strength, speed, and agility training. Prior to the NCAA Live period, members participate in a series of mini camps and pro-style training camps that include team-building activities referred to as a STORM FAMILY. All Storm coaches are USA Basketball Certified and Live scanned, and Cal Storm coaches are well respected by college coaches with developed relationships with coaches from virtually every major NCAA Division I university and college in the nation. The Jr. EYBL is an extension of the Nike EYBL within the program, designed specifically for younger basketball players in the 14U and 13U age groups, focusing on development and competition.
California Storm Basketball states that it aspires to emulate the excellence and legacy established by the Cal Storm Basketball Club and is committed to a culture of passion, skill development, and sportsmanship.
