Tech Lab Jiu Jitsu offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and self-defense training, with classes focused on Jiu Jitsu techniques. The program includes instruction in both strong fundamentals and new-school technique, with techniques that are competition tested and learned from active competitors.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
All classes are led by experienced instructors, with instructor assistants present to provide close supervision and individual attention. Tech Lab Jiu Jitsu is a family-owned and operated academy. The mission of Tech Lab Jiu Jitsu is to create a safe, structured, and supportive environment where students of all ages can build confidence, discipline, and real-world skills through Jiu Jitsu. The facility uses FUJI Subfloor SuperBlock mats, which are designed to provide superior comfort and impact absorption, and the mats are sanitized daily. New students are offered a one-week free trial, and loaner gis are available so students can start training right away. Students are asked to arrive prepared with a clean gi, trimmed nails, a water bottle, and a positive attitude.
