Golden Boot Academy offers personal sessions, small group sessions, elite camps, and pro player sessions that focus on soccer development. In a one hour session, players take part in technical work, cognitive training, speed and agility, and position specific training. The program also includes training and competing against elite players.

Golden Boot Academy describes itself as a premier training program for children to adults with professional aspirations. Players have the chance to work with expert coaches in an environment designed to target each player’s weaknesses and strengths, including small group sessions of 2–6 players that create more game-related situations and bring a competitive aspect into training. At elite camps, players work with technical soccer coaches in the Bay Area and train and compete against elite players from in and around the area. The program also offers sessions for players competing at the highest levels around the world as supplemental training during the off season or as drop-in training.
The coaching staff includes Nigus Solomon (Goose), Yohannes Harrish (Joe Yohannes), Abdulahi Mohammed (Abdu), Justin Wolfe, Jaored, Kevin, and Fernando. The coaches have backgrounds ranging from professional soccer overseas to playing for respected universities in California.
Golden Boot Academy states that it is a community driven soccer development platform designed to enrich and develop athletes to reach their full potential in their craft, with an end goal of helping athletes get scholarships to colleges or go on to become professional athletes.
