Trosky Baseball Camps & Experiences

Trosky Baseball Camps & Experiences offers baseball camps, elite infield camps, baseball training camps, and in-person training experiences. The program includes single-day camps, week-long excursions in the Dominican Republic, daily digital training through the Trosky 365 App, and Trosky Academy schools. Participants train with Trosky training equipment such as the Pro Rebounder, Trosky Vitillas, Knee Pad, and True Flight Baseball, and camps emphasize elite infield skills including proper arm slot, elite footwork patterns, reading five different hops, developing great hands, on-field communication, and the mental game.

Trosky Baseball describes its mission as “Elite mental and game training for Body, Tools, Makeup,” and also describes its approach as complete player development in body, tools, makeup, and education through 6th Tool Nation. The Trosky 365 App is described as more than an app, with daily reps, engaging content, and interactive training. Coach Nate Trosky leads the program. He has scouted professionally for over 20 years and has served as a baseball clinician at colleges and universities including Stanford, Santa Clara, Cal Poly, Westmont, San Diego State, Cal State Northridge, USC, Oregon State, Arizona State, University of San Francisco, University of San Diego, Loyola Marymount University, Cal State Monterey Bay, and University of California Santa Barbara. He coaches with Area Code Baseball and has served as the New Balance Area Code Camp Director and with USA Baseball Break Through Series (BTS) Player Development. He was the head coach of Monterey Peninsula College and has coached with the German, Croatian, and South African National Teams, as well as professionally in Europe and in three American Minor Leagues. In the German Bundesliga, he won a National Championship as Head Coach of the Cologne Dodgers and was named Germany’s Baseball Coach of the Year, was German All Star Assistant Coach in 1998, was 2-time European B-Cup Champions Head Coach in 1998 and 1999, and was European A-Cup Champions Head Coach in 2003, the first time in Germany’s history. Coach Trosky received All-American and Scholar Athlete awards in college and holds a master’s degree in Christian Leadership / Youth Family Development.

For the past 15+ years, Trosky Teams has been the exclusive Player Development & College Recruitment arm of Trosky Baseball and is described as the nation’s most elite program.
