Trosky Baseball Camps & Experiences offers in-person baseball training camps and experiences that focus on elite infield play training, throwing mechanics and proper arm slot training, and footwork training for infielders. Players work on reading and categorizing five different types of hops (short hop, short in-between, long in-between, long hop, roller), developing great hands for fielding, glove action training, and on-field communication training. The program also includes mental game training, speed and agility training, complete player development for body, tools, and makeup, and baseball IQ development, supported by daily digital baseball training through the Trosky 365 app and the use of training equipment such as the Pro Rebounder, Trosky Vitillas, Knee Pad, and True Flight Baseball.

Trosky Baseball Camps & Experiences are led by Coach Nate Trosky, who has scouted professionally for over 20 years and is known as one of the top infield instructors in the world. His background includes serving as a baseball clinician at colleges and universities such as Stanford, Santa Clara, Cal Poly, Westmont, San Diego State, Cal State Northridge, USC, Oregon State, Arizona State, University of San Francisco, University of San Diego, Loyola Marymount University, Cal State Monterey Bay, and University of California Santa Barbara. He coaches with Area Code Baseball, has served as the New Balance Area Code Camp Director and with USA Baseball Break Through Series (BTS) Player Development, was head coach of Monterey Peninsula College, and has coached with the German, Croatian, and South African National teams, as well as professionally in Europe and in three American Minor Leagues. In the German Bundesliga, he won a National Championship as head coach of the Cologne Dodgers and was named Germany’s Baseball Coach of the Year, and he annually coaches in the Dominican Republic with some of the top baseball academies. He received All-American and Scholar Athlete awards in college and holds a master’s degree in Christian Leadership / Youth Family Development.

For the past 15+ years, Trosky Teams has been the exclusive Player Development & College Recruitment arm of Trosky Baseball, and Trosky Baseball is described as the Nation’s most elite program. The program’s stated mission is “Trosky Baseball® Elite mental and game training for Body, Tools, Makeup,” with a focus on complete player development including body, tools, makeup, and education, using training systems and technical instruction that are infield specific. Trosky 365 provides daily digital training, and camps and experiences are branded as Trosky Elite Infielder camps and experiences, including single-day camps and week-long excursions in the Dominican Republic. At Nate Trosky Elite Infield Camps, participants receive items such as a camp T-shirt, a mental game wristband, mental game handouts/cards, Baseball IQ handouts/cards, footwork handouts/cards, communication handouts/cards, 5-tool development system handouts/cards, and prizes or awards for camp’s best Grinder, Dirtbag, Bulldog, Rock, and Rat.

Within the Trosky Baseball community, more than 50,000 youth and high school players, more than 10,000 college players, and more than 500 professional players are noted, and Coach Trosky has contributed to over 10,000 players playing college baseball and over 500 in professional baseball, including 40+ first round MLB selections. His playing and coaching history includes European A-Cup Champions in 2003 (first time in Germany’s history) as head coach of the Cologne Dodgers, two-time European B-Cup Champions in 1998 and 1999, San Jose City College league champions in 1989 and California Junior College World Series final four participants in 1989. His individual honors include the Big Stick Award (team home run leader) and All League in 1990, and at Hawaii Pacific University he was part of two league championship teams, set a school record for single-season wins, and earned Mr. Hustle, Rookie of the Year, All-American, NAIA All America (1993), Scholar Athlete (1993), and Mr. Hustle (1993).

Community involvement includes Trosky Teams serving as the exclusive Player Development & College Recruitment arm of Trosky Baseball for over 15 years, work with Area Code Baseball, work with USA Baseball Break Through Series (BTS) Player Development, annual coaching in the Dominican Republic with some of the top baseball academies, and coaching with the German, Croatian, and South African National teams.
