About the provider
The program has facility hours on Monday through Thursday from 5:00pm to 9:00pm and on Saturday from 10:00am to 1:00pm. Women's Jiu-Jitsu meets Sunday at 10:00am, Private Training meets Monday through Thursday at 10:00am and 12:00pm, and Open Mat (members only) meets Sunday at 11:00am and 12:00pm.
