The Laurel Foundation Camps

The Laurel Foundation Camps includes Camp Laurel, Camp Mulberry, Spring Into Camp, Halloween Jamboree, Parent/Caregiver Educational Webinars, and the DREAM IT. DO IT. Career and Leadership Workshop / Conference. Camp Laurel offers resident camps and day events with HIV prevention education and life skills. Camp Mulberry is a free, week-long summer camp with traditional camp activities such as archery, swimming, kayaking, hiking, arts & crafts, and team-building games.

Programs

• Camp Laurel — Youth ages 6-17; at-promise youth, youth impacted by HIV/AIDS, and key youth populations at high risk of HIV · Resident camps and day events; provides HIV prevention education and life skills.
• Camp Mulberry — Youth ages 6-17; transgender and gender-diverse youth · Resident camp program; free, week-long summer camp with traditional camp activities.
• Spring Into Camp — Day program for new and returning campers; dates coming soon.
• Parent/Caregiver Educational Webinars — Each month · Zoom webinars led by a professional expert.
• Halloween Jamboree — Day program experience in Pasadena, CA; dates coming soon.
• DREAM IT. DO IT. Career and Leadership Workshop / Conference — Youth 13-17 · Career and leadership workshop/conference; November 2026.

Its leadership team includes Margot Anderson, Eliot Dowens, Lisa Stangl, NP, Lorenzo Diaz, Chelsea Alvarez, Daniel Tadeo, Jordan Held, LCSW, and Georgette Washington.
