About
Theatre 360 offers acting classes, musical theatre classes, dance classes, theatre camps, youth theatre productions, acting showcases, private lessons, New York trips, and special workshops and events. • Ages: 3–18 years old
Theatre 360 has served Pasadena families for over 25 years and has been the heart of youth theatre education in Pasadena since 2000. Faculty and staff are professional artists and passionate educators who bring years of stage experience and formal training. The leadership team includes Artistic/Executive Director Devon Yates, Voice/Dance Instructor Kelsey O’Keeffe, Acting Instructors Kevin Coubal and Farrah Gharibian, and Dance Instructors Maria Puig and John Paszkiewicz. Theatre 360 follows an education-first approach where teaching comes before performing and is not a “pay-to-play” program, offering a complete theatre education pathway from early childhood classes to advanced pre-professional training, including the Theatre 360 Academy for teens preparing for college and conservatory auditions. The program includes seasonal full-day theatre camps that end with showcases for family and friends, as well as youth theatre productions and acting showcases that reflect the training students receive in class, with a stated focus on confidence-building, discipline, creativity, and life skills, and a supportive community where every child is seen, encouraged, and celebrated. Theatre 360 extends its work through outreach, parent ambassadors, and alumni programs.
Student and parent testimonials describe Theatre 360 as providing training in musical theatre, acting, dance, and backstage work, and refer to experiences that contributed to college BFA auditions, admission to musical theatre programs, and careers in the arts, including work on Broadway. Families report long-term participation through classes, summer camps, winter sessions, and multiple productions, and describe observing growth in professionalism, independence, work ethic, discipline, collaboration, time-management skills, and self-assurance. Multiple parents and students mention that Theatre 360 has been a second home, a transformative experience, and a place where children and teens form friendships and want to return for more classes, camps, and shows.
