North Redondo Beach AYSO's stated mission is to develop and deliver quality youth soccer programs which promote a fun, family environment based on AYSO's Six Philosophies: Everyone Plays, Balanced Teams, Open Registration, Positive Coaching, Good Sportsmanship, and Player Development. The region lists Carlos Escobar and Dean Nielsen as part of its leadership team. The program notes that its 12U Girls team earned 1st place at the Aviation Cup, marking their third championship in the Spring 2025 season, that its 10UB team is the Area 1D League Champion and will advance to Section Playoffs, and that its 10UG team placed 3rd in the AYSO Turkey Tournament.
