Los Angeles Rams Football Camps focus on developing the fundamentals of football through football instructional drills and competitions. Campers work on improving speed, football IQ, playmaking ability, and position-specific development. Both Performance Camps and Position Camps are co-ed and are run as non-contact camps, with campers separated into groups based on their rising grade and positions.
The Los Angeles Rams football camps are staffed by former NFL and collegiate players and coaches. Performance Camps are led by professionals from the Los Angeles Rams who are former NFL players and All-American collegiate athletes, and Performance Camp is designed to help boys and girls elevate their game. Coaches emphasize transferable life skills gained through football, including discipline, preparation, and teamwork, and how those habits can translate into success in the classroom and everyday life. Position Camps provide the opportunity to compete alongside some of the top athletes from across Los Angeles and deliver high-energy instruction, expert coaching, and technical knowledge needed to elevate performance at a position.
All campers receive an official camp T-shirt at check-in, and water is provided for both camps. Campers will enjoy special appearances by Rampage and the Rams Cheerleaders, and campers receive lunch provided by Carl's Jr. Campers also receive an exclusive discounted ticket offer for select 2026 Rams home games at the conclusion of camp. Participants in Position Camps have the chance to interact with special guests who have worn the Rams uniform, meet the Rams Cheerleaders, and see the Super Bowl LVI Trophy up close.
For Rams football camps, participants should wear shorts and cleats to camp, and if a child does not have cleats, athletic tennis shoes are acceptable. All campers are welcome to wear a mouthpiece, but it is not required. The Los Angeles Rams partnered with Lo in the context of Fútbol x Football crossover events at the Rams practice facility.
