About
Los Angeles Rams Football Camps focus on developing the fundamentals of football through football instructional drills and competitions within camper groups. Campers work on improving speed, football IQ, and playmaking ability during camp activities. Rams camps are co-ed and are run as non-contact camps, with children separated into groups based on their rising grade and positions.
Performance Camps are led by professionals from the Los Angeles Rams who are former NFL players and All-American collegiate athletes, and the camps are staffed by former NFL and collegiate players and coaches. The camp curriculum promotes character development by encouraging a competitive mindset and highlights transferable life skills gained through playing football and how those skills translate to habits in the classroom. Performance Camps include special appearances by Rampage and the Rams Cheerleaders, and lunch is provided by Carl's Jr. at these camps. All campers receive an official Los Angeles Rams camp T-shirt at check-in, and campers receive an exclusive discounted ticket offer for select 2026 Rams home games at the conclusion of camp. Position Camps provide position-specific development and the chance to compete alongside some of the top athletes from across Los Angeles, and campers at these sessions have the chance to interact with special guests who have worn the Rams uniform, meet the Rams Cheerleaders, and see the Super Bowl LVI Trophy up close. Water is provided at both Performance and Position Camps, certified medical staffing is on-site, and parents may stay and watch the Performance Camp, while Position Camps are drop-off only unless approved by Rams staff. For all Rams football camps, participants should wear shorts and cleats, with an official Los Angeles Rams camp T-shirt provided at check-in; athletic tennis shoes are acceptable if a child does not have cleats, and campers are welcome to wear a mouthpiece, though it is not required.
