The Village Children's Center

The Village Children's Center enrolls children ages 2 to 5. Little Hands serves ages 2 to 3, and Big Hearts serves ages 3 to 5 with play-based activities that include letters, early math, science, and art in centers.

About the provider

The Village Children's Center has served the community for over 50 years. It was founded in 1974 as Riviera United Methodist Preschool and became The Village Children's Center in 2017. The center follows the principles of the NAEYC. Its community activities include weekly chapel with Bible stories, songs, and prayer; daily practice in kindness, conflict resolution, and appreciation; monthly thank-you projects for community helpers; support for Toberman Neighborhood Center; and annual family choice of a global cause such as Heifer International.
