The Youth & Teen Program includes activities such as Mixed Martial Arts, Teen MMA, Youth Self Defense, and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu Clinics. Participants also have access to Boxing Clinics, Beginner Boxing Clinics, Cardio, Kick & Core, Cardio Fit Boxing, HIIT Circuits, Power Outdoor Circuits, Weight Training, and Yoga.
• Ages: 13–18 years old
The program is part of a gym led by owner John Marsh. Its stated mission is: “Your Goals, Our Mission. Our group classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginning weight loss to competitive athletes. Improve your functional strength, coordination, and stamina while you forge toward your fitness goals. Start where you are - we'll help you reach your goals.” The program is offered in a setting that includes a close-knit, high-energy, supportive community, with fitness blended with martial arts and a variety of equipment for different types of exercise. Free 2-Day passes are available to try out and experience what is described as the Triton culture.
