Blues FC offers soccer programs that include tryouts, league play, and specialized training. Players can take part in Girls Academy (GA) league play, Elite Academy (EA) league play, and NorCal Premier league play. The program also runs the Rising Blues Program, Lil Blues program, Junior Blues program, and a Goal Keeper Program.
In 2020, Blues FC announced a 15-year partnership with William Jessup University. The club describes its approach with a One Club, One Vision philosophy, a complete player development pathway, and a Train, Play, Win methodology. Programs at Blues FC have produced players who have competed at the highest levels, including the U.S. National Team, All-Americans, and professional leagues, and alumni have represented U.S. and Mexican Youth National Teams. Alumni from Blues FC have also competed at top NCAA Division I programs such as UCLA, Stanford, Indiana, and Wake Forest. The club states a focus on developing talent and building character on and off the pitch. The mission of Blues FC emphasizes creating a fun, exciting, and competitive soccer environment, encouraging players to grow into responsible, accountable young men and women, and treating soccer as an art that values skill, imagination, creativity, decision-making, and coaching that enhances these elements.
