Evolution Martial Arts

Evolution Martial Arts offers Tigers classes for ages 3½–7, Kids Martial Arts for ages 8–12, and Teens Martial Arts for ages 13–17. The program also offers Adult Martial Arts for ages 18+.

Programs

• Tigers — 3½–7 · High-energy, age-appropriate martial arts classes for young children. Helps develop coordination, listening skills, confidence, self-control, respect, and independence.
• Kids Martial Arts — 8–12 · Kids build real martial arts skills while developing focus, discipline, confidence, resilience, friendships, and leadership.
• Teens Martial Arts — 13–17 · Teens develop martial arts skills, fitness, confidence, independence, and leadership skills.
• Adult Martial Arts — 18+ · Build fitness, learn practical martial arts, relieve stress, and work toward training goals. No previous experience required.
