I'm Possible Basketball Training Sacramento offers Skill Lab Training for basketball skill training and Personal Skill Training. The Skill Lab includes small group training for beginners and intermediate kids, larger group training three times a week for grades 3rd through high school, and an all-girl complete player program for 5th grade and up. It also offers specialty camps and clinics, and personal training for 4th grade and up.

• Skill Lab Training - Basketball Skill Training — 1st grade thru High School; small group training for beginners and intermediate kids (1st through 8th grades); larger group training 3x a week grades 3rd through high school; 5th grade and up intermediate/advanced all girl complete player program training · Training for boys and girls of all skill levels and ages. Offered at their Skill Lab.
• Personal Skill Training - Personal Training Program & Private Training — 4th grade and up · A personal, guided relationship to becoming a complete player.

About the provider

The program is led by Lance & Cyndee Ohara, co-owners, along with TDSE Certified trainers and NBA Skills Coach and I'm Possible founder Micah Lancaster. It serves the Greater Sacramento area and surrounding communities, including Lincoln, Rocklin, Roseville, and communities in Placer County. The program says it was developed by Micah Lancaster and that its training uses techniques used with NBA athletes at the highest level.

Committed to the highest ethical standard within the profession. Cannot guarantee a player will play in the NBA or receive a Division I college scholarship, but will provide personal attention and tools to improve in a positive and safe environment.
