I'm Possible Basketball Training Sacramento offers basketball training and basketball skill development through small group training, large group training, personal training, youth camps, specialty camps, clinics, and girls summer PlaymakerIQ sessions. Players work on ball handling development with both hands, passing instruction, shooting technique development, offensive and defensive positioning instruction, quickness development on the floor, moving without the ball, footwork, triple threat, defense, conditioning, and decision-making.
• Schedule: Girls Summer PlaymakerIQ sessions are every Tuesday and Thursday in June.
The program is led by co-owner Lance Ohara and co-owner Cyndee Ohara. Trainers are I'm Possible TDSE Certified trainers, and the basketball training program was developed by NBA Skills Coach and I'm Possible Founder Micah Lancaster. The mission of I'm Possible Basketball Training Sacramento is to teach the fundamentals of basketball to youths of all ages in a comfortable, safe environment through repetition and positive reinforcement, with a focus on both beginners and more advanced players, the mental aspect of the game, and the history and integrity of basketball. Training techniques are described as time tested and science backed, and the same techniques are used with NBA players. The program primarily serves Lincoln, Rocklin, Roseville and communities in Placer County, and players within the Greater Sacramento Area. The program has been in operation at least since 2014, as indicated by the 2014 copyright for I'm Possible Training Sacramento.
