The Roseville Police Activities League (RPAL) offers a variety of programs, including a Leadership Academy, athletic programs, classes, a Summer Program, and the RPAL Boxing Program. RPAL also supports Roseville youth sports teams, including Little League and Bobby Sox baseball. Children participate in these activities through an annual membership with access to the programs on the schedule for a full year, including the Summer Program.

• Price: There is an annual membership fee of $40.00. The fee entitles members to all activities and events for an entire calendar year and the summer program. The $40.00 annual fee includes access to all of the programs on the schedule for a full year; Summer Program included.
The Roseville Police Activities League (RPAL) aims to enhance the lives of Roseville children by developing positive relationships between youth, police officers and the community through a broad range of accessible and affordable programs. The Roseville Police Activities League's mission is to enrich the lives of Roseville youth by building positive relationships between youth, police officers, affordable activities. RPAL sponsors a wide range of athletic and social-emotional programs and offers a broad range of accessible and affordable programs. Children between the ages of 7 and 17 who live or attend school in the city of Roseville are eligible to participate in the Roseville Police Activities League's programs. RPAL relies on generous support from individuals who understand the daily challenges that many young people face today, and 100% of donations will be utilized for RPAL programs. Individuals may join an activity at any time during the year; however, space is limited in some programs.
RPAL has a rich history of supporting youth in the Roseville community. In 1972, a fundraising group was established to support Roseville youth sports teams, including Little League and Bobby Sox baseball. In 1993, three officers launched the RPAL Boxing Program.
