Just4Kicks Soccer offers soccer classes, soccer camps, and a 5v5 program that includes a training day and a match day. The program is a local soccer initiation school that uses the motto “Play, Fun, Learn.” Programs use BAND app groups for communication with participating families.
• Ages: 2–12 years old
For over 20 years, Just4Kicks Soccer has helped families across Solano and Contra Costa Counties introduce their children to soccer. Programs are available in partnership with the cities of Vacaville, Benicia, Pinole, and Berkeley.
Coach Al has been part of the soccer community for over two decades. One parent shared that their son started with Coach Al and still remembers his first coach. Another parent noted that all three of their children have joined classes and continue to play soccer. A parent from Vacaville said their child asks when soccer is every day.
Gear is recommended to be shin guards and soccer cleats, but children can start with whatever they already have, as long as they wear comfortable, active clothing and shoes suitable for running and movement. Softball, baseball, or football cleats should be avoided.
