UC Davis Summer High School Programs offers specific courses such as “From Ideas to Entrepreneurship: Starting Your Own Business,” “Engineering the Future: Robotics Exploration,” and “Digital Media for Creators and Influencers.” These courses are part of UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education programs for high school students, which can be offered online, at client sites or in UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education classrooms.

UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education was established in 1960. Its mission states that education has the power to transform lives and that this idea has been at the heart of its mission for more than 65 years. The division is completely self-supporting and serves students in all 50 states and more than 100 countries. Massive Open Online Courses from UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education have generated nearly four million enrollments. The leadership team includes Dean Julie Greenwood; Associate Dean, Human Services Alison Book; Assistant Dean, Student and Academic Affairs Michelle Kreuzer-Moore; Assistant Dean/Chief Business Officer Sean Lynch; and Executive Director for International and Access Programs Jacob Hosier. Enrollment Coach Grace Barajas is fluent in Spanish. UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education supports working professionals as they refresh and expand job skills over the course of their careers and plays a role in advancing the University’s outreach mission.
