The leadership team includes Chief Instructors Tai Sifu Hubbard and Tai Simo Molina, Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong as President of the Plum Blossom International Federation, and Head Instructors Sifu James Lendech and Sifu Matt Stroh. Instructors are certified in the Eastern Ways teaching process and are described in parent and student testimonials as excellent teachers with accomplished knowledge of the art and science of martial arts, and as knowledgeable and effective in their ability to teach. Eastern Ways is dedicated to teaching traditional martial arts in a way that is accessible to everyone and offers values-based instruction and traditional Kung Fu and Tai Chi for students of all ages and ability levels, including weapons.
