About
Sacramento Alliance Soccer Club offers a competitive soccer program where players train and play soccer. The program provides players in Sacramento with an organized, high quality, affordable, year-round and seasonal competitive soccer program. Teams compete in either the National Premier League (NPL) or NorCal Premier Soccer’s Region 6 League, with options to play at bronze, silver, gold, premier, and NPL levels.
• Schedule: Year-round and seasonal competitive soccer program
The Sacramento Alliance Soccer Club (SASC) was founded in 2010 when Land Park Soccer Club and Greenhaven Soccer Club came together to create a competitive, non-recreational soccer program, and Sacramento Soccer Alliance was officially registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. In 2025, Sacramento Soccer Alliance adopted a new name: Sacramento Alliance SC (SASC). SASC is a nonprofit organization that is officially registered as a nonprofit and holds Member Club status in NorCal Premier Soccer. The club is led by licensed coaches and professional trainers, including a Director of Coaching, Jack Gurr, who has success as a professional footballer and years of experience as both a player and youth coach, and a Director of Communications. Coaches go through a rigorous application process and the program follows a player-centered approach that is community driven in the development of the player. The club’s mission is to provide each player with the opportunity to play soccer in a supportive and rewarding environment that emphasizes fun, love for the game, and skill learning at a level that still creates a challenging landscape for players who aspire to reach their full soccer potential. The ultimate goal is to provide players the skills that will give them the opportunity to play soccer at a higher level, such as year-round competitive or high school soccer, if they choose. SASC remains strongly allied with Land Park Soccer Club, working together to ensure young athletes in the community have every opportunity to grow, compete, and succeed within the sport.
