Summer at Jesuit is open to girls and boys entering grades 1–12, with STEM, arts, and sports camps available for students in these grades. Camp Marauder is for boys and girls entering grades 5–8 and is offered as a multi-week camp. Summer High School is co-ed for students entering grades 9–12 and includes multi-week summer school classes, and the full camp schedule includes both multi-week and single-week options.

The leadership team for Summer at Jesuit includes academic department chairs Jennifer Borasi (English), Peter Strawn (Mathematics), Hank Weinberger (Physical Education), Emily Weinberger (Science), John Flynn (Social Science), Patrick Brabec (Theology), Katherine Madden, Ph.D. (Visual and Performing Arts), and Kristie Quillen (World Languages). Additional school leadership involved includes Colin O’Connor (AP for Academics), Michael Wood (Principal), Amanda Smith (Director of Counseling), Carol Rose (Director of Academic Support Center), and a Director of Summer Programs.

Tuition for STEM, arts, and sports camps is due in full at the time of registration, with any exceptions subject to approval by the Director for Summer Programs. Financial aid is not available for sports and academy camps. Refunds for STEM, arts, and sports camps depend on timing and must be requested in writing by email from a parent or guardian listed on the original registration forms. If a cancellation request is received before May 30, families are eligible for a 100% refund of tuition paid; if received after 12 midnight on May 30, a $50 late cancellation fee is deducted from the refund; and if received after the first day of camp, no refund is available. Students who are dismissed from a summer program are not eligible for a refund, and Jesuit High School reserves the right to cancel a course or camp for reasons such as low enrollment, inclement weather, or hazardous conditions.

Summer at Jesuit uses email as the primary means of direct communication and has a conflict resolution and communication process that involves students, parents, teachers, coaches or moderators, and the Office for Summer Programs. Families can contact the school about summer programs by email at [email protected], by phone at (916) 482-6060, or by fax at (916) 482-2310.
