Art for Heart offers group art classes, semi-private lessons, private lessons, art parties, and online art classes that include painting, drawing, crafts, folk art, mixed media, mixed-media paintings, and journaling. The program also offers art classes for kids, teens, and adults, as well as a Summer Art Class and crafts classes. Some sessions focus on painting as therapy, therapeutic drawing, meditative art, and other therapeutic art classes.

Art for Heart is led by Prachi, the founder and artist behind Art for Heart. The mission of Art for Heart is to not only teach art, but to instill a lifelong love for creativity, resilience, and continuous learning, using a growth mindset-focused approach to empower young minds to believe in their limitless potential. The program offers individualized learning, celebrates each student's unique interests and talent, and allows students to explore their own artistic interests at their own pace, with small class sizes and materials provided. Programs are available for kids, teens, and adults, with flexible class times, an inclusive and inspiring atmosphere, and friendly sessions that welcome all levels. Art for Heart offers a unique and nurturing alternative to traditional art schools in San Diego and is described as a local hub of inspiration that Rancho Bernardo families trust, with creative options also available for residents of Poway. Therapeutic art classes provide a calming space to unwind, reflect, and connect with the inner self, and are described as ideal for stress relief, emotional wellness, and self-care. Art For Heart is recognized at the national level with an Art Achievement Award for “EXCEPTIONALLY HIGH MERIT” student artwork submissions in a national art contest, and Art for Heart students have won a nationwide art contest, including Molly’s piece “Jungle mysteries,” which received the “HIGH MERIT” Award in the nationwide Celebrating Art contest among thousands of entries in the 4th–6th grade group. The program offers opportunities to participate in national art competitions, where students excel and feature at the top year after year. Families who sign up for an 8 week session receive one art class free with the first sign up, with limited class sizes and the offer available until spots last.
