Clicbitz Technology and Textile Arts Education offers hands-on activities in 3D printing, 3D modeling, kid-friendly computer-aided design, 3D pen creations, Lego dream house building, and custom 3D print design. The program includes skills building in coding with block coding, creating computer games, robotics projects such as programming a robotic hand, and using the Clicbitz app with NFC technology and safe online communication and file storage for kids. Participants also work on graphic design, creating custom stickers, personalized t-shirts, pixel art, and learn about plastics manufacturing, alternative eco-friendly plastics, sustainability, caring for the environment, sewing, fashion design, weaving, upcycling clothing and fabric scraps, and fast fashion and sustainability, along with specific sewing projects like Teen Sticker Making, CRAB ZIPPER POUCH, DONUT PILLOW, Upcycled Beach Towel Drawstring Bag, and REUSABLE TOTE BAG.

For nearly 10 years, Clicbitz has been teaching kids and families in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. Its mission states that Clicbitz day camps introduce children to sewing, fashion design, and technology through 3D modeling, 3D printing, coding, and related activities. Clicbitz provides free sewing and tech classes at City and County of San Diego libraries, works with San Diego Public Library branches, partners with City of Coronado Parks & Recreation for 3D Printing & STEAM Camp, has worked with artsPlace in Alberta, Canada, and promotes Salvation Army clothing and textile recycling in San Diego. For free sewing and tech classes at libraries, families can bring their own sewing machine or borrow one, and all materials and equipment are supplied.
