Parisi Youth Sports Training System includes speed training, performance training, and strength training that use Parisi speed training methods, linear and multi-directional speed work, and upper and lower body strength training. The program includes Parisi PeeWee classes, the Game Time: Total Conditioning Program, the Jump Start Program, the Total Sports Performance Program, the Elite Sports Performance Program, and the PEAK: Parisi Elite Athletic Knowledge Program. Athletes in most programs complete a Parisi Performance Evaluation that includes the signature Active Dynamic Warm-Up, a Running Analysis procedure, and testing in a battery of physical speed and strength movements, and Game Time sessions use medicine balls, resistance bands, partner bodyweight exercises, ladders, plyometrics, and yoga.

Parisi Youth Sports Training System includes activities such as motor skill development, problem solving, athletic movement, and self-esteem building in Parisi PeeWee classes, and physical fitness, health awareness, exercise habits, and nutritional awareness in the Game Time: Total Conditioning Program. The Jump Start Program focuses on coordination, running technique, body weight strength, first step quickness, flexibility, injury prevention, and weight loss, and is sometimes divided into Jump Start I for ages 7–10 and Jump Start II for ages 11–12. The Total Sports Performance Program focuses on linear speed, multi-directional speed, and upper and lower body strength, and the Elite Sports Performance Program transitions Total Performance athletes to their next level of ability and individualizes strength training based on abilities and specific goals. PEAK: Parisi Elite Athletic Knowledge is for those aspiring to compete at the highest levels and provides sport specific training that is not skill specific.

The mission of Parisi Youth Sports Training System is to deliver a positive training experience that improves speed of movement and strength in character regardless of ability or economic status. The leadership team includes Bill Parisi as Founder; Carol Punchello as COO/CMO; George Stephens as Affiliate Support Consultant; Will Parisi as Social Media Manager; Jennifer Parisi as Network Coordinator; Casey Lee as Membership Manager; Steve Leo as Lead Master Performance Coach; Eric Mitchell as Master Performance Coach; and John Cirilo as Master Performance Coach. Bill Parisi is an internationally recognized performance coach and fitness business expert, and Carol Punchello has experience as a competitive bodybuilder, powerlifter, and strongman. George Stephens worked for the Detroit Red Wings in merchandise operations and marketing for more than a decade and has a Bachelor’s Degree from Madonna University majoring in Journalism and Public Relations. Will Parisi is a former four-year basketball player at Salve Regina University, and Jennifer Parisi has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Rutgers College and 10 years at AT&T in Corporate and National Account Management. Casey Lee was awarded Parisi Performance Coach of the Year in 2014, a national award with an applicant pool of 450+ coaches, and became the youngest Master Coach in the Parisi network from 2014–2017. Steve Leo is Lead Master Performance Coach, owns a franchise location, and holds multiple professional certifications. Eric Mitchell is a Parisi Speed School franchise owner and has coached athletes from elementary school to the National Football League, and John Cirilo is a highly decorated Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps and Gulf War Veteran and has been a Performance Enhancement Specialist in the Parisi organization.
