Legends FC SD offers a Beginner Program, Rec Program, Competitive Program, and Elite Program, along with girls tryouts and boys tryouts. The Beginner Program, Rec Program, Competitive Program, and Elite Program are organized by age and playing level. The club focuses on building a second premier destination for developing top youth soccer players in the nation in San Diego through these programs and tryouts.

Legends FC SD offers a Beginner Program for ages 3–7, a Rec Program for ages 4–18, a Competitive Program for ages 6–18, and an Elite Program for ages 12–18. The club has entered into a strategic partnership with Legends FC, which is described as a nationally recognized premier youth soccer organization. Legends FC SD is dedicated to creating a culture of excellence that forever impacts the future of soccer in San Diego. The organization was originally founded as the Del Mar Carmel Valley Sharks (DMCV Sharks), and the DMCV Sharks' partnership with Legends FC began in 2024. The leadership team includes Ashlee Farshler (Director of Operations), Cambrie Barton (Office Admin), Susan Filippone (Uniforms and Scholarships), and Erin Musser (Club registrar). The club’s long-term vision includes 5-year, 10-year, and 15-year plans for its pipeline, reputation, and destination, with an emphasis on setting, meeting, and exceeding expectations for members.
