San Diego Rhythms offers Beginner Classes training and Competitive Teams training that focus on Rhythmic Gymnastics, Aesthetic Group Gymnastics, Dance arts, and Floor Exercises. The program also includes training for gymnasts on the USA Gymnastics Development Program Team.
• Ages: 3–17 years old
For over 24 years San Diego Rhythms has been dedicated to promoting the sport of Rhythmic Gymnastics and providing excellence in all aspects of Rhythmic Gymnastics and Dance arts in a safe, fun, and healthy environment for all participants. The stated goal of the program is to help raise happy, healthy, confident, focused, thinking, creative individuals, with a belief that Rhythmic Gymnastics and Dance arts will bring enjoyment to children’s lives, build their character, and help them to become the best they can be. The program describes itself as San Diego’s premier Rhythmic Gymnastics and Aesthetic Group Gymnastics club and notes that every child is welcomed and every child is considered a star. San Diego Rhythms reports that its gymnasts are winners of State, Regional and National championships and that it is home to National, Regional and State Champions, as well as members of the Children National Future Stars Team and Development Squad.
