Day camps have dedicated, trained and caring staff, and inclusion support is available. Friend requests are allowed with specific conditions: they must be received by Wednesday before camp, provided by both families, for the same camp, and are limited to one friend request per camper per week. Registration and waitlists are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, full payment is due by end-of-day Monday three weeks before camp, and non-payment results in removal from the roster.
Authorized parents or guardians must accompany their camper through a mandatory sign-in process that includes a temperature check and an intake screening, and any camper with a temperature exceeding 100°F is not allowed to attend camp that day. A government-issued photo ID is required at pick-up. Pens used for legal signatures at drop-off and pick-up are labeled clean or used and are sanitized after each use.
