Aquarium of the Bay is proudly celebrating its 30th Anniversary and provides approximately 600,000 guests a year with encounters with over 20,000 local marine animals. Aquarium of the Bay’s non-profit mission is to protect, restore, and inspire conservation of San Francisco Bay and its watershed, from Sierra to the Sea™. Dan Ashley, journalist and longtime anchor at ABC7 News, serves on the Board of Directors at Aquarium of the Bay. Aquarium of the Bay partners with Yale School of the Environment.
