The Rabbit Hole Children’s Theater Studio Programs include pretend play, stories, puppets, dress up, dance, movement through pretend play, art projects, facepainting, interactive storytelling, imaginative play, and singing songs. Children also experience puppet shows, live productions, audio shows, sketching workshops, creating art displays, and leading dance parties as part of the studio’s offerings. The programs use imaginative play and theatrical storytelling within rotating pretend play themes that are brought to life through age-appropriate curriculum, songs, and theatrical games.

• Schedule: Weekly classes and clubs with options Monday–Friday, including morning Dress Up & Imagine, afternoon Dress Up & Dance, and after-school Club Make-Believe; memberships automatically pause June–August during summer camps.

The Rabbit Hole Children’s Theater Studio Programs are part of a membership program that includes a weekly class or club, a monthly puppet show, and a monthly membership bag with sticker charts, coloring pages, and activities. Programs are set inside their magical imaginary world, The Queendom, and are described as “THE CUTEST CHILDREN’S THEATER AROUND” and “Where Make-Believe comes to life!” The studio also offers Mobile Storyteller Parties, storyteller birthday parties around the Bay Area for children ages 3–8, studio birthdays, classroom experiences, and puppet show entertainment for the whole family. The Rabbit Hole Children’s Theater has been developing its play-based approach to arts education since 2013. The mission of the program is to nurture the creative spark within every child through a play-based curriculum. The leadership team includes Owner/Founder/Director Brooke Patton; Head of Social Media, Craftsman, Teacher, and Performer Strider Patton; Operations Manager and Teacher Kelsey Sailors; Head of Production Bee Betwee; School Coordinator, Teacher, and Performer Mary Eriette Atanante; Birthday Coordinator, Teacher, and Performer Jake Gleason; Head Illustrator, Teacher, and Performer Meryl Theo Press; and multiple Artists, Teachers, and Performers including Sid McNulty, Lauren, Izzy, Sam, Naomi, Jenell Del Cid (Head Puppeteer), Sara Moon, and Samira Ghassemian. Staff credentials include backgrounds in media and theatre, ESL teaching, pre-professional dance, musical theatre, Shakespeare, theatre arts, acting, dance, and physical theatre studied in the UK and Greece.
The Rabbit Hole Children’s Theater has been voted Best Birthday Parties, Summer Camps, Field Trips, Live Puppet Shows, and After-School Clubs. Community partners include Presidio Knolls School, which has worked with Rabbit Hole Theater in its Auxiliary program for several years, and NVFC, which has attended Rabbit Hole Theater for many years as part of its dedicated curriculum. Over the years, they have worked with thousands of children and their families.
