Gladstone Equestrian Horse Summer Camp is part of a program that has been teaching informative riding lessons, training client horses, and competing in various events for more than four decades. The staff includes instructors who have been teaching accomplished riders for over 40 years, with one trainer who has been training horses and riders to be at their best for over 30 years. The program also offers private and group horseback riding lessons, daily horse training and care services, IEA and IEL horse competitions, and specializes in hunt seat style riding for youth and adult students, with everything taught having a foundation in safety. The mission of the broader program is to teach students how to master the art of horseback riding so they can win competitions, and it states that horseback riding for children and young adults is an amazing way to build confidence. The program notes that it trains champions and highlights OCIEL year-end awards, including Champion Dressage and Champion Hunter winners Delany Frost and Whitney Riley, as well as Angelia Li earning the High Point award, Medal class, and Champion wins at her first OCIEL show in 2022/2023. It is a local equestrian center that serves students from San Juan Capistrano, Irvine, and many surrounding communities, and it provides lesson horses, horses for lease, and assistance in finding the best horse.
