Conditioning sessions focus on strength, stamina, flexibility, and cross-training built to support demanding rehearsals, cleaner execution, and long-term dancer health. Choreography and performance training are geared toward focused repetitions, stronger artistry, and competitive confidence, with choreography that has consistently ranked in the Top Ten globally. The program holds #1 national titles and offers training for the highest echelon of performance. Faculty are industry professionals who have trained with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, earned Silver Medals in International Ballet Competitions, performed for NFL dance teams, and hold degrees from Top 10 North American dance programs.
