Matt Leinart Flag Football is a youth flag football program. Kids play flag football games that are part of the Matt Leinart Flag Football league.

Founded in Newport Beach in 2010, the league was started by Matt Leinart. The goal of the league is to provide a fun league for kids to be involved in, while also developing and furthering their football skills. The Matt Leinart Flag Football League is in conjunction with the NFL Flag Football program and has an emphasis on community fun. It is described as one of the premier youth flag football leagues in the country, with games under the lights and a positive, fast-paced environment for boys and girls in grades K–8, a focus on teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill-building, and a competitive, confidence-building, non-contact football experience.
According to the Matt Leinart Flag Football website, the league is for both boys and girls of all skill levels and promotes a competitive, confidence-building, non-contact football experience.
