Variant Movement offers dance, technique, and conditioning. The program includes high-level choreography and performance training, detailed technical instruction, and strength, stamina, flexibility, and cross-training.

Its mission is to provide an exclusive platform for elite, ambitious dancers hoping to excel their performances with competitive choreography training. The program also lists #1 National Titles, World Class Instruction, and faculty trained with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Silver Medals in International Ballet Competitions, and performance experience with NFL dance teams.
