City of San Leandro Aquatics Programs offers swimming lessons, recreational swim, water exercise classes, and lap swim at three community pools. All pools are available for private rentals for birthday parties, business parties, family parties, and more. Swim tickets for recreational swim and lap swim can be purchased at each pool and at the Customer Service Desk.

Boys & Girls Club Pool and Farrelly Pool are open year-round, and San Leandro Family Aquatic Center is available seasonally. Boys & Girls Club Pool is an indoor facility with a heated pool that has five 25-yard lap lanes, locker rooms with day usage lockers, a family locker room, and an enclosed patio with tables. Farrelly Pool has a heated pool with seven 25-yard lap lanes, changing areas, outdoor lockers, family locker rooms, restrooms, and shower facilities. San Leandro Family Aquatic Center has a heated pool with an activity pool that has a zero-depth entry and water play structure, and three 25-yard lap lanes, along with restroom and shower facilities, a family changing room, and outdoor day-use lockers. San Leandro Family Aquatic Center can accommodate swimmers and non-swimmers of all ages and is closed for the season and will reopen in summer 2026. Swim lessons are available at varying times at each location, and the pools are closed for all City holidays. San Leandro Family Aquatic Center is located at Washington Manor Park.
