Marin Symphony Youth Programs

Marin Symphony Youth Programs are part of the Marin Symphony’s work under its mission of “Enriching, Educating, and Transforming Lives Through Classical Music.” The programs are connected with Marin Symphony Connect, which includes family-friendly events such as the Mini Maestro Children’s Concert 2026. Families and participants access information and resources through the Youth Programs Portal and Youth Programs Staff Portal.

• Schedule: Administrative office hours are Monday through Friday, with stated hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm and 9:30am to 5:00pm.

Marin Symphony Youth Programs operate within an organization that is celebrating 75 years with the Marin Symphony Orchestra. The Music Director, Fawzi Haimor, completed violin training at the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University, studied conducting under David Effron and Arthur Fagen, and holds bachelor’s degrees in music and neurobiology, a master’s degree in conducting from the University of California-Davis, and a second master’s in instrumental conducting from Indiana University. The leadership team also includes Development Director Nuri Kye, who is identified as the contact for questions about the benefits of donations. Marin Symphony Connect is described as going beyond the stage and into the community with family-friendly events.
