Montessori in Motion

Montessori in Motion offers a program that brings children together in a stimulating and nurturing environment. The program emphasizes structure and consistency in a community where each child is valued as a unique individual, and it is described as a place for children to discover, learn, grow, and play in a school where love, laughter, and learning unite.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm

Montessori in Motion has been educating Marin children since 1992 and is described as joyfully educating Marin children since that time. The program’s mission states that it provides the necessary tools for a child to become an independent, confident learner and maintain a healthy, positive self-image while exploring the magic of Montessori education. The setting is surrounded by nature with weekly sightings of rabbits, birds, and families of deer, and it includes a beautiful and spacious playground with a view of lush, open space and a vegetable and fruit garden grown by the students. The program notes that it is conveniently located up the hill from Kaiser Permanente in Terra Linda.
