Monterey Bay Academy of Gymnastics Summer Camps

Monterey Bay Academy of Gymnastics Summer Camps include gymnastics training on all events along with arts and crafts, fort building, field trips, and tie dye. Camp days include a mix of gym time and activities such as a field trip to a local park or beach and a tie dye project using an old white piece of clothing. Each day, campers bring an extra-large water bottle, two snacks, and one lunch, with additional items needed for the Tuesday park or beach trip.

• Schedule: Five-day camps, Monday–Friday, with Full Day (9:00am–3:00pm) and Half Day (9:00am–12:00pm) options
• Price: $285 HALF DAY (9:00am-12:00pm). $370 FULL DAY (9:00am-3:00pm). $235 HALF DAY (9:00am-12:00pm).

Recreational camps are available for beginners to Level 2, and camps vary in focus and age groups. Competition team, NIT, and pre-team camps are offered by invitation only, and drop-ins, makeups, and prorated fees are not available. The program also offers year-round classes with open enrollment for beginners, birthday parties for ages 3–8 for members and non-members, and a men’s and women’s Junior Olympic Program with compulsory and optional teams. Monterey Bay Academy of Gymnastics states, “Welcome to Monterey Bay Academy of Gymnastics, where every child is a champion!” and notes that it has been proudly serving local and military families since 1964. Owner Jessica Rodriguez has received the KSBW Salute to Small Business award for best woman-owned business in Monterey County.
