Santa Cruz United FC offers competitive soccer for boys and girls, with a pathway that includes grassroots development, elite NorCal competition, National Premier League (NPL) competition, NorCal Regional play, and NPL, ECNL-RL, and State Premier leagues competition. The club is described as Santa Cruz County’s premier competitive soccer club and focuses on developing the whole player through Cognition, Competence, and Character. Training and competition follow a shared curriculum and consistent methodology across all age groups, with a goal to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that is both fun and challenging.

• Ages: 8–18 years old

Santa Cruz United FC has a Structured Player Pathway that includes a Foundation Phase, Development Phase, and Performance Phase, and players can move fluidly between levels as they progress, with development rather than selection defining their journey. The coaching staff includes a blend of professional and volunteer coaches, all licensed through the U.S. Soccer Federation and trained in the unified United Coaching Philosophy, and the staff emphasizes mentorship, modeling character, and helping each player reach their potential. The mission of Santa Cruz United FC is to develop, promote, and encourage opportunity in the game of soccer for both players and coaches at the developmental and highest competitive levels of play, without regard to race, creed, gender, or economic advantage.

Santa Cruz United FC is an official member club of NorCal Premier Soccer and the National Premier League (NPL). The club was founded with a shared vision to unite the soccer community of Santa Cruz under one club and create greater opportunities for every player to develop, compete, and excel in the game while representing Santa Cruz close to home. The club takes pride in representing the diverse families of Santa Cruz County, building a community based on connection, collaboration, and opportunity, and providing local access to top-tier soccer experiences without having to travel outside Santa Cruz County.
