Santa Cruz Shakespeare Education Programs include Summer Camp I: Courageous Creatives, Summer Camp II: Much Ado About Nothing, and Summer Camp III: Greek Classics. The program also offers Shakes on the Move touring productions, workshops of The Tempest and Macbeth, Student Matinees (SMATs) for Macbeth, Fences, and Much Ado About Nothing, and a Weekend with Shakespeare.

• Schedule: Summer camps run Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with optional extended care, with sessions held June 22–26, July 6–10, and July 13–17, each followed by a performance on June 27, July 11, or July 19; Weekend with Shakespeare takes place August 7–8, 2026.

Santa Cruz Shakespeare states that it is passionately dedicated to educating the community about Shakespeare and the art of theatre. Santa Cruz Shakespeare presents globally-recognized, award-winning professional theatre productions. Shakes on the Move touring productions travel throughout the Bay Area to schools, community centers, elder care facilities, and other sites. Weekend with Shakespeare is a partnership between Santa Cruz Shakespeare, UCSC’s Shakespeare Workshop, and UCSC's Humanities Institute.
