Santa Cruz High-Performance Tennis Academy offers tennis instruction for junior players, including small-group clinics and individual lessons using Modern Tennis techniques for stroke development, physical conditioning, and match strategy. It also offers 10 and Under QuickStart tennis, as well as summer camps and programs during school vacations. Clinics are held daily from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., and the academy also offers tennis clinics and private lessons for players of all levels and ages, including video analysis.

About the provider
The academy is led by Brice Chevalier, the director of the Academy. Brice started working with local players in 2006. He is a certified USPTA tennis instructor and personal trainer, certified in Modern Tennis Methodology, a certified Personal Trainer, a certified Sports Nutritionist, a certified personal coach from CoachU University, a certified Double-Goal Coach, and a certified technician in Neuro-Linguistic Programming by the IPNLA in Quebec. He is a PTR and USTA Member, was a ranked youth tennis player in France, and won the Paris Country Club Tournament three years in a row. He also works with youth tennis players and helps coach both the men’s and women’s tennis teams at Cabrillo College.
