About
Summer Camp at the SUP Shack includes paddle boarding, kayaking, boogie boarding, building and flying kites, tie-dye shirt creation, sandcastle building, soccer on the beach, and daily themed marine biology adventures. Campers also take part in an environmental day with beach and harbor clean up, an ice cream party and potluck on graduation day called SUPuation Day, and activities such as a dedicated kayak day, a SUP lesson, and water safety instruction. Campers learn about seals, sea lions, birds, and sometimes sea otters and dolphins in the harbor area, and they spend about two hours each morning paddle boarding and kayaking.
