Youth ARTS Alive offers free summer visual and performing arts education that includes dance, theatre, music, and visual art. Since 2017, Youth ARTS Alive has provided free summer classes in these areas.

Youth ARTS Alive was founded on the belief that visual and performing arts education should be accessible and available for all. Its mission is to provide the youth of Santa Maria with fun and enriching visual and performing arts classes that ignite the imagination. Youth ARTS Alive operates under the Santa Barbara County Action Network (SBCAN), a countywide grassroots organization that works to promote social and economic justice, to preserve environmental and agricultural resources, and to create sustainable communities.
