MuDo Integrated Martial Art offers training in kicking, striking, joint manipulations, throwing, and grappling. Classes also include fitness, stretching, resistance training, cardio, meditation, breathing, and flowing movement as part of the regular practice.

MuDo Integrated Martial Art was founded in 2003 by Master Yi as a culmination of many years of martial arts experience in a variety of disciplines. The program focuses on four main areas of training: martial skills, strength and conditioning, ki (energy) work, and philosophy. One of the MuDo Integrated Martial Art Black Belts is Ms. GiGi Joyner, an FBI Special Agent. The name “MuDo” means “Martial Way,” with an emphasis on living a life of strong spirit and dedication to self development.
MuDo Integrated Martial Art offers free trial classes for adults, teens, and juniors. The program also runs MuDo Integrated Martial Art martial arts summer camp in Santa Monica. MuDo Integrated Martial Art has been featured on CBS News in a special report titled “Martial Arts Community Steps Up,” and on the Santa Monica City TV program Ready, Set, Move!, where hosts visited to experience basics of martial arts training. The martial arts community supported an instructor from MuDo Integrated Martial Art who lost a home and dojo during the Palisades Fire. MuDo Hoodies are available for purchase.
