Redwood PAL Golden Bears offers youth football and cheer. The program includes organized football activities and cheer teams under the same organization.

The program’s mission is to BUILD CHAMPIONS on and off the field. Redwood PAL is a non-profit youth football and cheer organization. The leadership team includes Thomas Carrell as the football contact at 707-235-1735 and [email protected], and Alexis Willis as the cheer contact at 707-217-7098 and [email protected]. The program’s cheer teams have earned numerous league, regional and national titles, including Regional Champions and participation in the 2023 Cheer Nationals at Disneyland. The organization reports 20+ football championships over the past decade.
