About the provider
Thai Is Fun was founded in 2008 and was reimagined in 2015 as interactive culinary experiences. Teacher-Chef Goi was born and raised in Chiang Mai, has 30 years of teaching experience, and is the founder, Teacher-Chef, and author of the ThaiIsFun Cookbook. The leadership team also includes Pastry Chef Rochelle, who has nearly 30 years teaching pastry, and Sushi Chef Yana, who trained at Le Cordon Bleu Bangkok and Tokyo Sushi Academy. Teacher-Chef Goi has an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology and Guidance from Chiang Mai University, and the program is featured in Edible Monterey Bay.
